Bildiri özetleri 28 Ekim 2024 günü gece yarısı 24:00’a kadar gönderilmelidir. Özetler, Bilimsel Değerlendirme Kurulu Üyeleri’ne gönderilerek kapalı değerlendirme sürecinden geçirilecektir.
Bildiri Özeti Gönderim Kuralları
- Bildiri özeti 400 kelimeyi geçmemelidir.
- Bildiri Başlığı en fazla 12 kelimeden oluşmalı ve çalışma içeriğini tam olarak yansıtmalıdır.
- Bildiri yazarlarının adı-soyadı, unvanı, çalıştığı kurum, şehir ve iletişim adresleri belirtilmelidir.
- Bildiri özetinin içerisinde, bildiri yazarlarının tanınmasına imkan sağlayan veya çalıştığı kurumları işaret eden hiçbir bilgi bulunmamalıdır.
- Olgu sunumları hariç bildiri özetleri amaç, gereç ve yöntem, bulgular, sonuç ve anahtar kelimeler bölümlerini içermelidir.
- Kabul edilmiş bildiriler, sistemde işaretlenecek ve her kullanıcı hesabındaki bildirilerin sonuçlarını sistem üzerinden takip edebilecektir.
- Kabul edilmiş bildirinin sunucu yazarı kongreye kayıt olmalıdır.
- Vaka Sunumları yalnızca Poster olarak sunulabilirler.
- Bildiri özetleri aşağıdaki bölümleri içermelidir.

Kabul Yazısı
- Kabul edilmiş bildiriler, sistemde işaretlenecek ve her kullanıcı hesabındaki bildirilerin sonuçlarını sistem üzerinden takip edebilecektir.
- Kabul edilmiş bildiriyi sunacak yazar 01 Kasım 2024 tarihine kadar kayıt olmalıdır.
Sözlü ve Poster Sunum Genel Bilgileri
Sözlü bildirilerin sunulması için 10 dakikalık süre ayrılacaktır. Kongrede sözlü bildiri sunacak olan katılımcılara gerekli teknik donanım sağlanacaktır.
Online abstract submission system will be available and open until midnight 24:00 on 28 October 2024.
Abstracts will be sent to Scientific Committee members for blind evaluation process. Abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee for either Oral or Poster presentation and authors will receive the confirmation of acceptance of their works by 30 October 2024.
Abstract Submission Guideline
- The abstract body should have maximum 400 words.
- The title of the abstract should be composed of maximum 12 words and reflect the content.
- The name-surname, title, institution, city and contact addresses of the authors of the abstracts should be added on relevant part.
- The abstract body cannot have any specific information that may indicate the authors or the institutions.
- Abstracts except case presentations must be structured by the following run-in heads: Aim, Material and Method, Results and Conclusions.
- The abstract evaluation results will be updated on submission system. The presenting / corresponding authors may review the status of their abstract via the system.
- The presenting authors of accepted abstracts are required to register for the Abstracts for their abstracts’ being included in the program.
Acceptance Letters of Abstracts
- All accepted abstracts will be highlighted in the system and authors will be able to monitor the actual status of their abstracts.
Information about Oral and Poster Presentations
- 10 minutes including Q&A will be allocated for each oral presentation.
- Necessary technical equipment will be provided for the presenters of oral presentations.
